This is our first aim for our clients. Furthermore, the long delays for Hearings in the County Courts – well over a year in many cases – can be very frustrating.
I believe that with clear, personalised guidance, many people can manage Small Claims and County Court disputes effectively as a Litigant in Person. - Well-organised and keen to run multiple Civil caseloads.
